Our History

Corporate Behavior Consulting Services, Inc. was founded in 1995 because of a desire to assist organizations improve their profitability, productivity, quality control and customer service.

Some of our clients have worked with our founder, Lynn David, in a consulting capacity for over 20 years.  With some clients, we are now working with the second and third generation of members of family-owned organizations.

We believe employees with positive attitudes help to produce satisfied customers, lower employee and customer turnover and enhanced profitability.

We do little formal advertising of our consulting services.  Our existing clients are our best source of referrals and new clients.  Since we focus on always exceeding the expectations of our clients, we assist with an average of four projects per client.
